Furnished, private and spacious room on the top floor in a 3-floor 5 bed/3 bath apartment. The house is located in an ideal location in the popular South End neighborhood with proximity to Back Bay and downtown Boston. It is walking distance to the Mass Ave T stop, South End restaurants and bars, and multiple grocery stores and parks. It is a huge living space, with in-home washer/dryer, 1000mbps WiFi, large stocked kitchen with all appliances, and common areas with a TV and dining room.

The rent is $1475 + utilities. The room is available from February 1st, 2021 through August 31st, 2021.

The room already has a desk, full bed (frame + mattress), dresser, nightstand, lamp, and mirror free for use during the duration of renting. The remainder of the apartment is fully furnished (e. g. common spaces, kitchen, etc.). The bathroom photo is of the relevant bathroom, and the remainder of the images are common spaces in the house. The first photo is of the room itself, and the closet is pictured as well.

The housemates are all male and between the ages of 20 and 30, working in the Boston area. One of the housemates is not currently at the residence due to COVID-19, and the remaining housemates are working remotely from the residence. Everyone is friendly, COVID-conscious, and safe - safety around COVID-19 and otherwise is a prerequisite for renting.
