2 Sociable Roommates Wanted - March 1 & April 1

Flexible month-to-month lease, but looking for longer term roommates.

Rent is $600/month (per room) + utilities (around $70/month).

ROOM #1: available MARCH 1st
Partially furnished bedroom! Bedroom will have a closet, dresser, and desk (no bed).

ROOM #2: available APRIL 1st
Fully furnished bedroom! Bedroom will have a closet, dresser, desk, and small bed (it's either a twin or full).
Approx 11.5' x 10'

12 minutes to downtown!

House is very cozy, clean, and quiet. Very relaxing living room with a couch, recliner, papisan chair, and a giant bean bag chair (soooo comfy for watching movies). Artsy boho vibe.

Huge fenced-in backyard with a furnished patio, hammock, grill, and a fire pit. Large full-wall windows in the living room give a great view overlooking the yard and bring in lots of sunshine. 1 and 1/2 baths. Main bathroom is spacious, and we have never had a time conflict with bathroom usage. Very large kitchen with nice appliances! Nice laundry room with newer washer and dryer. Garage with some storage space.

Street parking with no issues finding a spot right next to the house. Also parking on shared driveway.

We have all the basics, like: Wifi, AC, TV, dishwasher, washer & dryer, garbage disposal, etc. Other house bonuses include a security camera, a water filter, a water softener, a huge chest freezer, a full-house humidifier (awesome in the winter!), and a dehumidifier for the summer.

Definitely a place to call home, not just a spare room!

Current roommates include: 2 friendly females ages 37-44, and two small, older, non-shedding (hypoallergenic) dogs who LOOOOVE to snuggle (and are also very friendly).

We're sociable and like to have dinners together and with the neighbors, usually once a week. The next door neighbors are amazing people and amazing cooks, so we do a lot of grill-outs and dinners together as a house fam. We would love for our new roommates to join in these gatherings!

We are outgoing and social. We have lots of varied interests including cooking, arts and crafts, boating, being outdoors, traveling, live music & music festivals, shopping/fashion, movie watching, and spending time together chatting. We are Covid-concious and only leave the house when necessary.

We both have day jobs - energy efficiency and healthcare-tech related, so we're not partiers.
We currently both work from home on our computers.

We are generally quiet past 10pm (especially on weeknights). However, we do like wine/beer and cheese nights after a long day's work! We're also very clean, tidy, and respectful.

Note: One of the female roommates and the dogs are gone for the winter, and won't be home until May.

We would love a roommate who is respectful and clean, and who treats our home as if it were their own. We want someone who will ENJOY living here, and feel at home.

Someone with a 10-7 sleep schedule (or is able to keep those quiet hours) would be great. We'd love someone who is healthy and likes having and contributing to family dinners.

Also someone who is clean, cleans up after themselves, and puts things away when they're done. Someone who takes initiative to help out when needed. We all participate in household chores and yardwork/snow removal, and expect future roommates to help with these tasks as well.

We'd prefer someone who is fun and social and doesn't sit in their room every night - but who is also not a partier. We also prefer not to have guests/significant others staying over frequently. An artsy person, or someone who is handy around the house would be a bonus.

Finally, you must love the dogs!!!
They are family. They are very friendly, snuggly, loving, and hypoallergenic (they don't shed). They only bark when someone is at the door.
