Upper East Side 3-4 month room sublease

Hi everyone! I am looking to sublease my room in a furnished apartment from March (or flexible!) until the end of the lease on June 30th (there is potential to resign the lease for July 1st). The price is $1295 monthly, which includes ALL utilities including the AC (each bedroom has their own unit). The security deposit is also $1295 but you will get this back at the end. The building is called the Knickerbocker plaza which is a doorman and elevator high rise building, laundry in building, located at 91st st & 2nd ave (amazing upper east side location). The apartment was initially a true 3-bedroom that has been flexed into 4 (my room is one of the true bedrooms that I circled on the apartment layout). The other roommates are 3 young professional women that are in their mid-late 20s. I will add more photos of the rest of the apartment or you can DM me!
