Nice house in safe neighborhood!

Looking for responsible FEMALE roommate (sorry, no couples, pets or children). Must pass criminal background check + credit check.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! Great home in a great neighborhood! I have two dogs (extremely friendly but they are barkers). I'm a very laidback person and tend to keep to myself, but ideally would like to live with someone where we get along and can have transparent communication and mutual respect. I work from home (M-F) so I'm home almost all the time. I'd prefer someone who doesn't like partying (at least at home), smoking or drugs. And, no drama.

Clean, but not obsessive about it, I expect that we both clean up after ourselves. You can also park your vehicle in our shared garage. There's not much additional storage space, but I can probably move some things around in other parts of the house to accommodate reasonable requests.

As seen in the photos, the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a two-tiered corner desk with a B&W printer, office chair, 2-drawer file cabinet, a little square shelf, trash can. If you don't need any of that I can happily get rid of it or move it (except the bed). Down the hall is your bathroom with shower and regular-sized bathtub.
