Large Lake House on Lanier

Two available rooms! The smaller is $450 and the larger is $650. Each room has a balcony with lake view. We’re right on the water on the south side of Lake Lanier. We have a double dock, boat, jet ski, kayaks, etc. An image of each current tenant is in my bio. One female has the entire top floor (master) she’s an attorney. The middle floor is where the two available rooms are located with a shared bathroom. Each of those rooms have a balcony. Furnished kitchen and laundry room.
The lower level is a male UI/UX Designer that works from home with a GF that’s over often. They each have a dog and they’re at the house intermittently as the GF has her own residence. All three current roommates are very quiet and most of time you’d never know anyone is home. In the summer we all run into each other at the dock though obviously. The attorney upstairs you’ll likely never see. The couple downstairs you will see outside often as both are very outdoorsy and take care of the landscaping and woodworking and maintenance etc. The driveway is steep and long and there’s multiple parking spots. We’re super chill, no one is nosy and we’re friendly but not in a creepy way. 😂
