We need roommates to be Covid Vaccinated. There is only one room available upstairs. It has a bathroom which will be shared with one female. The bed is available if requested for this room. Background check/application fees $27.99. No smoking or any controlled substances on or around the house, please. The other people in the house are very respectful and courteous. The utilities up to a certain ceiling are included and the internet is included in the rent. Good deal. The owner is very allergic to cats and animal dander.
