Clean & Quiet Room/Apartment
Looking for a respectable and responsible roommate. My current roommate will be moving out on or by December 9. He and I paid half of pretty much all furnishings, washer/dryer etc. So, the $500 deposit is actually payout for his half of the furniture and everything. His bed is optional.
Expect to pay an average of about $95/month in utilities (gas, electricity, WiFi & renter’s insurance). So, $715 in rent + $95 in utilities = $810/month total.
To make things official, I’d like your name to be on the lease. There is no credit check, I believe. And you will not have to pay a deposit, only if you have a pet.
