It's a nice secure neighborhood. Nearby places include parks, swimming pools, quick access to freeway, shops, Walmart, Albertsons, Costco, Sam's & restaurants etc. There is a public park near to the community recently built. Home has washer, dryer. Inside room TV with speaker and Roku, Wooden bed Mattress, chair table, closet pretty much self sufficient. Room has attached bathroom . Good internet connection. ID proof, salary slips Of last 3 months will be required. CLEAN HISTORY. Parking is available inside community. Rent is $650, utilities included. No pets/dogs/guests sleepover please. NO DRUGS OR SMOKING. Availability from November 1st 2021. Preferably avoid or do minimal cooking please.
