Bedroom/Private Bath in Northern Liberties House

Completely private bedroom & full bathroom on 3rd floor of Northern Liberties furnished home.

The bedroom will be available mid-February. I have included pics of the room empty as well as furnished. The rest of the house is also furnished.

The first floor features open living room, dining room and a stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The second floor features 2 bedrooms, washer & dryer unit and a full bathroom. There is also a finished basement which is being used for storage. The house has hardwood flooring throughout, AC as well as FIOS internet.

One of the other rooms is rented by a friendly, female in her mid-thirties as well as her cat and I occupy the other room, however, Ive been staying mostly with my fiance for going on 3 years so I may pop in a couple times a year. It is a 3 bedroom house with 2 residents.
