Welcome to your new home! Two large, fully furnished bedrooms available for long and short term rentals in a private home in Paramus, NJ. Both bedrooms are on the second floor of the home, with a private bathroom (the home owners live downstairs). Pets are welcome!

The rental can sleep up to 10 people. The first bedroom sleeps 6, and holds 2 double beds and a sofa bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 and has 2 double beds. So, you can move in alone or bring your roommates.

For your convenience, we offer several on-site amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators in each room. The house also has central air conditioning. There is a large driveway, with space for up to 5 cars. This is a non-smoking home; however, smoking is permitted in the parking area.

The house is located in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood. Easy commute to NYC, with bus stop on the corner. Paramus is renowed for its excellent school district. The area also boasts many stores, shopping centers and restaurants.
