Boomer RN wanting to share home

I have a 4 bedroom home 3 baths 3 living areas and a pool. I am seeking a quiet clean hard working lady like myself to share my home with. I am an RN. I work Days. I enjoy laughing at the TV. Working in the yard, practicing the piano. There is an upstairs to use to get away + 2 separate living areas. My politics are conservative and seeking the same. I have 3 small poodles,2 chihuahuas,2 cats. 2 of the dogs were my Moms who passed 2 years ago from Alzheimer's. I was her caregiver, advocate for 6 years. The cats belonged to my only child who moved and just left them here. I am looking for a kind caring person to share my home. Perhaps find some interests we can share. I would possibly consider a Male who is neat, kind considerate. I am seeking someone who works outside the home. Very honest and goes out of their way to avoid arguing or meanness like myself. I believe in Karma and strive to treat people the way I would like to be treated. I am a Christian and learning to pray. The roommate can just need a place just during the week & away on weekends. They can be month to month. The room can be furnished or not. I do smoke outside. I Rarely drink. No drugs. Also, no overnight guest. I might consider a small pet. Rent includes all utilities except electric. Home is also 8 miles from white rock lake
