We are an international mining engineer, a bi-lingual financial analyst, an multi-lingual mechanical engineer, a bi-lingual computer science student & a bi-lingual artesan.

The 1st floor has a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace, and bathroom with shower.

The 2nd floor has a bathroom with tub & shower, laundry, 2 queen bedrooms, plus a 3-room master suite with Jacuzzi.

The basement has a kitchen, laundry, bathroom with shower, dining room, office and 2 queen bedrooms.

Huge, fenced backyard with party lighting, fire pits, grill, outdoor furniture, games and hammocks.

The 40 sq. ft. barn has a basic kitchen, toilet & 2 full beds in the loft for guest sleepovers.

There is garage space and plenty of free street and off-street parking. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. (Electricity and water extra). The house is fully furnished.

Walking distance to FasTracks trains, buses, parks and restaurants. 15 minute drive from Downtown Denver, Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater and the mountains.

Bicycles, minivan & 26-foot sailboat (with skipper) available.
