The Room/Apartment:

- The apartment is a newly renovated 1 bed/1br, which is converted into a two bedroom flex. The bedroom available is the MASTER BD room. Bathroom is shared.

This unit is a corner unit, and kitchen has a window for natural light and bedroom has a ton of natural light!

- The room available is the original bedroom (so it has all real walls and a closet). It is a large room with plenty of room, also comes furnished with bed, desk, stool, lamps and full length mirror. Room has sliding door closet and also comes with an external Room coat-sized closet.

- Kitchen comes equipped with silverware, pots/pans and some dishes. Living Room comes equipped with coffee table, couch, etc.

- The bedrooms do not share any walls with each other (the kitchen is in-between).

- Each room has its own heater/air-conditioning, so that temperature is self managed

- Water and plumbing are all run through the building, while electricity is PSE&G

- Cable and Wifi is run through Verizon Fios

- Apartment was just renovated (only a 1.5 years old) - so everything is quite nice and new!

The Roommate:

The roommate is a young professional female (lawyer), who works in NJ. Extremely easy to live with and works from home most days. On the weekends, she is pretty mellow, working or laying low.
