New House - Private Room for Rent

Hey my name is Brandon and I have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom for rent in a new townhouse in Point Breeze. I'm a 29 year old young professional who works in Sales. I have your typical 9 - 5, enjoy working out and being active outside, going out on weekends, going to concerts, etc.

The house is on a residential street that never has issues with parking. There are no permits and no restrictions to park, I often get a spot right in front of my house. It is about 2 miles from the Stadiums, 1 mile from Rittenhouse Square and 0.5 miles to Broad St. The Septa Bus Route 17 is one block away and can take you into Center City if needed.

Some local spots include OCF Coffee, Two Eagles Cafe, Burgs Hideaway Lounge, South Philly Tap Room, On Point Bistro, Dock Street Brewery, and more! There are also two corner bodegas in case you need to get any essentials quickly.

You will be living in South Philly in the Point Breeze area with myself and two other guys who are also young professionals. There are no pets and none of us smoke. We split utilities evenly and have a cleaning service come to the house once per month which we also split. We have a washer and dryer in the house. Weekdays are typically quite since all of us work, and we are all respectful of each others space and conscious of noise levels.

As for your private room, it is on the second floor and you will share a bathroom with one other person. It has a small closet and has plenty of room for a full size bed, dresser and night stand.

The first floor living room, dining room and kitchen are all fully furnished. You are responsible only for furnishing your own room. We also have a backyard with a table and a grill, and a roof deck that has an amazing view of the city.

Rent is $800/month
