En Suite in my home

Hi! I am recently divorced and looking for a female roommate to enjoy my home with me. I have a lovely single family home in a gated community. This is a furnished room with a private bathroom, a TV, view of the garden, fridge, shared kitchen and shared washer/dryer. Wi-Fi and all utilities are included. No other pets are allowed since I have my own. No smoking, parties or drugs, other than the occasional wine or cocktails.

I work in IT and work a normal 8 - 5 job; currently from home. If you like animals, I've got two beautiful cats and a sweet Golden Retriever. I am looking for a quiet roommate as my home has an open layout and I need to leave my bedroom door ajar so the kitties can use the cat box. In my free time I'm usually surfing the net, watching TV and have been an active mountain biker for years. I like to keep and need a tidy home.
