THE APARTMENT/BUILIDING/ROOM.

1 room available in a 4bed/2bath 2nd floor walkup apartment. You will be sharing the bathroom with a guy!
Room can fit a King size bed and has big closet space. Dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, and central A/C. High ceilings and lots of natural light in the room. The living room area is furnished (we are always open for new roommates to bring their furniture as well), the room is not.

Apartment is 9 min walk from the Path, 5 min from the Light rail (2nd street station), has a storage space in the basement, and access to a common backyard that no one uses (true to believe, I know). The building has 4 apartments only and common areas are really clean!

THE LEASE

I am looking someone to take over the remaining months on the lease with potential to renew in October.

Monthly Rent - $1,075
Security Deposit - $1,613 (1.5 months)

THE CURRENT ROOMIES

The three current roommates are 1 female and 2 males, all straight and professionals in our early thirties working in the pharma, software and finance industry (all working from home). We all are very friendly,, cook 1-2 times per week and occasionally hang out or watch a TV show together.

We have no preference for sexual orientation as long as there is respect. Although we would rather a female roommate, we are open to interview guys too! (We think 2F, 2M is a good balance!)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Looking for a CLEAN, respectful young professional that doesn't participate in the huge party scene, but still like a good happy hour and appreciate being close to NYC. Although become friends is a nice to have, we are looking for someone we could have more interaction than just co-existing in common areas.
