I am renting a bedroom in my home. Preferably to an, older, educated, professional person (40 +). Gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or nationality is not important. However, being responsible, clean, neat, and respectful of others is very important.
Since my home is located near 287 and 35 North, you will near Presidio Junction, Alliance Town Center, and the Texas Motor Speedway. I have two cats, so I prefer you to be pet free. Please no over night guests. If you have the habit of eating throughout the night, and leaving food, and dirty dishes in your room, then this will not be the place for you.
Rent will be 550.00- utilities included. First, and last month's rent will be expected before moving in. Potential renters must be agreeable to a background check and the 40.00 fee which accompanies the background check. No checks, or cashiers check-only cash.
