$600- partial furnished bedroom with a queen bed. possible small dresser. shared bathroom.

$800-Fully furnished bedroom. Master bedroom. Has King sized bed dressers night stands and a nice sized closet. Can be unfurnished as well. Private bathroom.

Rent for both is $1300.

Prices are for one person if you want to add more people will be additional charges.

No smoking preferred.

Private backyard. Fully or partial furnished rooms. Wood floors. Two dog on the premise. Possible for one more must have a meet and greet. Security deposit is one months rent. Utilities are included (but if abused will add more charges). Washer and Dryer included and access to kitchen. Will share a fridge in the garage with other room tenant unless you rent out both rooms. Couples are welcome (Master only). Must have car. No bus lines near. Must pay on time (first of every month). prefer 12 month lease can be shorter if needed or month to month with a 60 day notice.
