Room for long term Sublet in Washington Heights!

Hey Guys! I'm moving to LA in August and I'm looking for someone to take my room in our awesome apt located in Washington Heights 163/Amsterdam. This is for long term sublet with the option of signing a year lease in November. I?m leaving my bed (full) and some furniture behind, so no need to spend money on new stuff. It's for keeps. . We are located a block away from the C train on 163, 1 train on 157, and 1/A/C on 168. Its a super fast commute downtown, specially since we have the A on 145th as well. We are right next to Highbridge park which is great for running. It's a safe area with groceries stores, a few bars, and relatively quiet. We also have access to the roof for tanning/chilling with spectacular views. My roommate is (female) 30's quiet and respectful, and I'm a professional actor and bartender (female). The only utilities are electric and wifi, (wifi $11 a month, and electric is relative but usually around $25). We are also asking for a security deposit of first months rent for move in.
