Large Furnished bedroom in DU Neighborhood

I am a single 30's female with a room for rent in my bungalow in Harvard Gulch/DU The neighborhood is very quiet with quick access to DU, grocery stores, cute restaurants, golf and the park.

The room is fully furnished and newly remodeled. It contains a large closet, dresser, small chair, nightstand and queen size bed. The room is fairly large and does have room to add additional furniture that may be needed. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and black out curtains. There is street parking right in front of the house. Common areas in the home include the kitchen/dining area, bathroom, utility room and living room. The living room has apple tv with Netflix, Hulu, DirecTV, Amazon Prime, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the home. In addition, there is a large backyard.

Rent will be $950 a month and includes the use of the common areas, all tv apps on the apple tv, wireless internet, use of the room and furnishings and all utilities.

I?m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, clean and quiet. I work from home, so will need the home to be minimally noisy during the day (8-5). I do have two cats and a dog in the home. So you must be ok with animals.
