I am looking for a quiet Roomate. They will have their own furnished bedroom and bath.

They must be clean. This is for ?only 1 person. ?. No animals. NO smoking. No short term stays.

This is a quiet apartment. Zen like.

There is a deposit of $1850. It includes first months Rent of $750. A $950 security deposit

There is also a $100 fee for a criminal and credit check by the condo board. You do not get the $100 back.

The condo association require a 670 credit score and that you make over $45,000. It takes 3 weeks to get approved.

There is a private pool. Inside and out. There is a gym. 24 hour security. A small lake. It is beautiful. And they all have been amazing. If this sounds like the situation your looking for please contact me.

I stay to myself when I am home. And I am usually sleeping.
