Room for rent

Room is in a comfortable shared home in a HOA gated community in Northwest Phoenix with easy access to the I17 and 101 freeways. This is a 5 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2 story home with one bedroom located downstairs and the other 4 located upstairs. Bedroom 5 is an upstairs large room that shares the bathroom and comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, and nightstand in the room. Room has a walk in closet. All tenants share the fully equipped kitchen (2 Fridges, and a separate freezer, pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need to cook with) , living area, dining, back yard with patio, BBQ, and full sized laundry (must supply your own cleaners). Home and front yard are maintained by the HOA, and the backyard is maintained by tenants. Parking includes either one space in the garage or one space in the driveway (first come, first serve) There is no street parking allowed in the community, but there is parking right outside the gate that is not regulated by the HOA. Rent includes all utilities (to keep the electric free thermostat must be maintained at certain temperatures or there will be additional charges), and free cable and WiFi. It also includes a housekeeper once a month to maintain all common areas (Tenants must maintain their own bedroom or make their own arrangement with the housekeeper). No pets, and no smoking/vaping allowed indoors, no parties. Deposit is required, $1500.00 total move in
