ROOM AVAILABLE: $450 ROOM FOR RENT in Large 5 bedroom house. This ROOM has 2 walk in Closets with a make-up vanity. Queen size bed, fully furnished Room (only) is located on the 2nd floor. Bathroom is on 1st floor & basement.
All your utilities, TV, cable, and WIFI is includes in your rent. W/D for your use is located on 1st floor. You have the use of everything in the kitchen. Must clean up immediately after use.. Towels & bedding are provided.
MUST clean shower after each use and clean up after yourself. Everyone must help in purchasing and providing toilet paper for house monthly. You must keep your room free of trash.
All personal items such as food, detergent, soap, shampoo etc. is your own responsibility to provide. Not allowed to use other individuals supplies.
Please wear a mask upon looking at room.
Must be a person who abides by All Covid-19 regulations for the protection to all who live in the house as well as yourself.
Refferences & $100 deposit requires.
1 Dog & 3 short hair cats live on main floor, not allowed upstairs. No couples, Single person only, No exceptions.
