We are looking for a roommate! We have a private bedroom with a shared bath in a great location. Room is available December 14th.

This bedroom is in a 5-bedroom house so you will be living with 4-others. All of whom are male. This bedroom shares a bathroom with two other people who are male.

There is no long-term lease agreement or long-term contract to sign but a 30-day move-out notice is required.

The house also comes equipped with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryers, a 32" Smart TV, plates, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets.

This bedroom is for 1-person only. No pets and no smoking are allowed. If this ad is still up, the room is still available.

All the rooms in the house - living rooms (there are two), dining rooms, and kitchen - are furnished.

This is a smoke-free and drama-free house.

There is a $300 deposit and a month-to-month contract to sign to protect both parties. Subject to background check.

The location is very convenient. It is a 6.5 mile drive to the University of Texas at Arlington, a 6.9 mile drive to Texas Wesleyan University, and a 13.3 mile drive to TCU. You can be in downtown Fort Worth in under 15 minutes, downtown Dallas in under 30 minutes and downtown Arlington in approximately 15 minutes. It is also very close to Fort Worth's medical district and AT&T Stadium.
