Room for Rent in North Phoenix

Hello! My fiancé and I own our home near 7th avenue and Union Hills and we are looking to rent out a room beginning in February.

My name is Amberlie and his is Mark. We are both in our mid to late twenties, I'm a teacher and he is a certified electrician. We have three beautiful, rambunctious dogs and one sweet cat. We have one roommate, a 22-year old female professional whom you would be sharing a bathroom with!
The house is one-story, 3 bedrooms and two baths. It is located in a corner lot of a cul-de-sac with a pool in the backyard and a fireplace in the living room :)

We are all really clean, respectful, kind, fun and professional. We are looking for a single person (no couples), preferably female, in between 23 and 30.
*Pets, smoking/drugs and kiddos are deal breakers.

We are looking for someone to be part of our roommate family, not just to help with the bills. We don't like feeling like we are living with strangers.! We love to hangout with one another, have roommate game nights, help each other when we can. We also respect privacy and understand needing alone time :)

Your rent would be $600/month. This includes rent, internet/wifi and utilities. We also have a furnished home so you would only need furniture for your bedroom and any extra items you'd like to bring along! We do weekly grocery shopping trips and split the total evenly, take turns cooking dinners for the house, going shopping, cleaning, etc.

Rent is always due on the 25th of the month. Security deposit is the same as your rent ($600). Move-in month can be prorated but we don't prorate move-out months.

We require a two-month trial lease for people we don’t know. Half way through the lease (at the 1 month mark) if you don’t want to keep living with us, or vice versa, then you’ll have a month to find a new place. No hard feelings!!

If we all are comfortable living with each other after the trial lease then we can offer the room until mid-October.
