Unique Situation

The House:
This beautiful home has 4 bdrms and 2.5 baths plus a lovely pool and outdoor living area. The bedrooms available are furnished. The bathroom is shared but there are two so it works well. We have an extra refrigerator, plenty of cupboard space, and lots of room in the house to spread out.
The Renters:
There are three renters currently(myself, a teacher(she’s moving end of Jan) and a French chef who? s actually French!). We are very tidy and expect the same. We are also looking to stay through at least May of 2021 but we do not require that you join the lease. We only ask for first and last to ensure a 30day notice if you intend to move.
The Amenities:
All bills are included with the rent; gas, electric, water, trash/sewer, internet. Also included are the house basics; toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, laundry soap, bottled water, coffee and basic refrigerator condiments.

Here’s the kicker; I have a new baby and I am interested in finding someone who is ok with having a baby in the house. Obviously, I take steps to make sure the baby is not disturbing anyone but some noise is to be expected from time to time. That being said, he’s 6.5 months old now and is very easy going.

*I am allergic to cats so we cannot have one in the house.
