Just purchased this house in the Las Colinas area. I am looking for a working professional roommate. Home is in a private HOA community and was recently built in 2013. Residence is close to neighborhood pool. Residence will be furnished with brand new appliances.

About me:
Work in finance about 55 hours a week in the Lower Greenville Ave area. I travel often and like to drive outside of the city on the weekends. Not home much, but when I am, I enjoy working out, having an occasional glass of wine, reading or watching interesting documentaries on Netflix. I am originally from Northern CA, and moved to Dallas two years ago from San Francisco.
