Female Roommate Wanted

Hello,

I am looking for a female roommate to replace in an end unit of a very nice townhouse complex in Loma Linda. Must be clean, responsible, 25 years of age or older, and have a job! All I ask is to pay your bills on time, clean up after yourself and treat the house as if it were yours.

The House:

The house is fully furnished with a great outdoor living space to enjoy. The pool is located directly outside the front door, only about 10 feet away. There is also a tennis court on site as well as a clubhouse that can be rented out for parties/events. It's located on the edge of the Loma Linda/Redlands border, less than 1 mile to the 10 FWY, banks, grocery stores, a few shopping centers, and most importantly a 5 minute drive to LLU/LLUMC.

It's a very quiet neighborhood with street parking right in front and parking spaces closer to the back. Washer and dryer located in the house.
All house amenities and house privileges in addition to a full kitchen are available. You will have your own room as well as your own private bathroom. Utilities include (internet, cable, gas, electricity, water, and trash), big screen T. V. in living room and nice backyard with BBQ grill are included with rent.

The Situation:

I am a down to earth and hardworking female that is active. I hike and work out, love sports, the beach, cooking/ BBQ, and having a few friends over on the weekend. This is not a party house but I don't mind the occasional gathering with friends. I'm looking for someone that is a good fit for what I provide here, is like-minded and respectful. I have 2 beautiful kitties named Lilly and Bella who are well behaved and very sweet and friendly.

Room Details:

It's a 11 x 11 room with a window that has natural light most of the day. It has 2 sliding closet doors with plenty of space. It fits a queen size bed, a dresser, and desk comfortably. You have your own private bathroom right outside the room entrance. Room comes furnished or unfurnished.
