Here is your opportunity to do so here at my homestead in the majestic mountain valley known as the San Luis Valley. The home is a rustic 3 bedroom two bath house on 95 acres. The house is completely off the power grid and completely powered by the Sun. I am an older mature man that is very open-minded, easy to get along with, non-judgmental, and open to verbal discourse.

I am looking to share my home and ranch with another guy who truly desires to live in a very rural and country setting.? Are you the kind of guy that would love to learn how to be self-sustainable and Off-Grid living? Are you dependable, reliable, trustworthy, and possibly possess some carpentry handyman skills with maybe an interest in making some Hot Air Solar panels and other things but this is not a requirement? Most important to me is for us to be a good match with one another You need to be a man that is kind, considerate, dependable, open-minded, honest, responsible, considerate, easy-going, and a man of High Integrity.

You would have your own private partly furnished bedroom and your own private bathroom. Single occupancy only. Your monthly rent would be $450.00 includes High-speed Internet Service. Having your own car would have advantages but not a requirement. Available now. $450.00 deposit. If you have some kind of permanent monthly source income, such as SSI, SSID, some type of retirement, etc. that would be great but not required. Ideally, I am seeking someone looking for a long term situation.
