Small furnished room in townhouse in Bridgewater!

My name is Paige, and my mom Lydia and I are looking for a roommate to live in our third bedroom. First a bit about the room and the house; The house is an end unit townhouse within Vanderhaven Farms community. It's a small furnished room with a twin bed that fits comfortably. Two windows welcome ample light. There is also a closet, a dresser, a small TV, a desk, and a full-length mirror. There is a shared bathroom with one other person that has plenty of under-the-sink storage. Moving on to the rest of the house; there is a full kitchen with stove-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a lot of great cooking and baking supplies if that interests you. Common living room and dining room area with a TV. (We don't have cable but we do have Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, and HBO GO). Wi-Fi is included.

One important note is we have a medium sized dog named Becky. She is a 4 year-old pit mix and is such a sweet girl. . She loves people and is very friendly. We adopted her in March after she spent many months in a shelter. Her foster family reports that she does not always do well with other dogs, so if there is interest in the room and you have a dog, we would need to have the dogs meet and greet to determine compatibility.

We have a nice patio out back so you can sit outside. We also have storage closets out back if you have a bike or anything of the sort that needs to be stored outside. We are less than ten minutes from Wegmans, about ten minutes from the Raritan NJ Transit Train Station, and less than 30 minutes from East Brunswick.

A little bit about us: I?m Paige, I?m 28 and work in New York City as a marketing manager for a conference company. I?m usually in and out due to my full-time work schedule and consistent traveling. My mom is Lydia, she is a physical therapist who is also in and out throughout the day. She is self-employed and creates her own flexible schedule. We are very easy to get along with, welcome just about anyone (student or professional), and will leave you alone or invite you to watch TV and drink a glass of wine with us, whatever you prefer. ????
