A quiet place to live..

The room for rent is on the upper level of my house with a bathroom and another room. The outlet for a TV can be activated and I'll include that with my current cable service. I'm a cheerful laid back sort of guy. I'm a retired scientist, coping with COPD and can't exert myself much. I write, tweet, and am interested in advances on the frontiers of science and medicine. I migrated to America from Ireland when I was 23, I've published two memoirs about the early part of my life, Survival is about the years up to 23. Arrival is about my years until my early forties. Both are available on Amazon. I continue to write about my life, and am currently writing a science fiction novel. I'd prefer a gay or gay friendly roommate though not essential and would like help once a month for grocery pickup from Walmart 15 miles from my home, and help with keeping my home tidy.. I have a large house with a new heat pump and temperature control. I also have rooms below ground level leading to the lower end of the property, unfurnished and unfinished.
