Large, furnished room with own full hall bath

Large furnished room with full bath in hall for own use. Owner lives in the house in quiet neighborhood. House is fully furnished and comfortable. Full sharing of kitchen and other living spaces. Owner is a retired stroke survivor with moderate aphasia but all other abilities. We are trading lower than market rent for occasional assistance with reading when bills are to be paid and assistance with such things as logging onto the computer if and when necessary. Ideal roommate will be patient, flexible and understanding of the needs and frustrations a stroke survivor with speech difficulties endures.
