Medium Room

I have a bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment. The room is 750 a month with a 300 security deposit. I am looking for someone for December 1 The rent includes utilities which is gas, electricity, cable phone and internet (we are required to have a phone with Wi-Fi). the rent also includes supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, bounty etc etc

About the room:

One window , no closet although you can use a closet in the living room for storage space. The room can fit a queen size bed with a dresser. There is currently a dresser in the room that you can keep. The walls are white and the carpet is a dark blue. The room is in the middle of the apartment.

About the current roommates:

We are 20-25 year olds. There is three of us three. We all get along and are very busy. As stated this is a three bedroom apartment so to elaborate on that I share a room with the other female it's the master bedroom. You would have your own room and the other female has her own.

Requirements

I am the only person on the lease therefore I require a signing of a roommate agreement. This basically states the requirements for your security deposit etc etc. we prefer a female to move in the apartment but I wouldn't mind interviewing males to see if it's a good fit for the house. Another requirement is you have to be CLEAN. I stress clean because I've had roommates who said they were clean but I guess their idea of being clean was not the same as everyone else. I am looking for a nice and responsible person to fill the room. I don't like drama or someone who is too noisy. I don't mind overnight guest as long as you are respectful of others living in the house. Also informing all roommates of a guest arriving is ideal. I have been renting rooms for about a year now and I haven't had any major issues.

The local R train is about 3 blocks away at bay ridge ave. The express N train is located on 8th ace and is about 6 blocks away. I work in midtown and it takes me about 35 minutes to get to work. The area is a safe area where your can come home at 4am and still feel safe. We do not host parties at the house although if you would like to have a few friends over it will be fine as long as they are respectful.
