Hello from Lucky!

Hello there,

My current room mate is moving out on June 1 to live with her partner and I need someone new to move in.

About me:

I am a 32 year old Mexican- American woman. I am a full time employee and a full time student. so i usually only come home to sleep. You'll probably never really see me.

Before going back to school, I enjoyed going to raves, traveling, and an occasional night out in the city. I don't have very much of a social life these days because i'm focused on school.

The lovely model in my pictures is one of my two black cats, Lucky. and the other that is not photographed is jynx.

An Ideal room mate would be:

A woman.

I am LGBT friendly. I am also open to any race or ethnicity.
SWer friendly but must discuss.

Someone who is clean and organized. ( I am not OCD but I despise living in a messy or dirty house this means that you fold your towels, take turns cleaning, wash the dishes etc).

You will take turns buying toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, bags, etc.

Someone who is chill and laid back.

Someone who respects boundaries.

Occasional company only.
Partners can not stay the night every single night but I have no problem with a couple times a week.

More about the room:

I will ask for check stubs but I will not run a credit check.

I will require a deposit which you can chose to use as the last month's rent.

If you have a small dog or a cat the pet will be welcome.

THe entire apartment is furnished and space is small so you are welcome to use my pots/pans/dishes/etc.

The room is small but it can fit a queen size bed but there would not be much room for anything else. My current room mate has a twin size loft bed and mattress in the room that she said that she would be willing to sell if needed.

This room is perfect for someone who is looking to save money.

I am willing to do a 3 month, 6 month, or one year sublease.

It is two blocks from the train and the second floor of a walk up. I live directly above a laundry mat.

The apartment. might be messy if you do come to look at it because my room mate will be packing and moving out.
