Mclean room for rent 866. 1 year lease

Hello all,

We are a couple looking for someone to fill a private room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment located in Tysons/McLean area as our current roommate is moving out at the end of the lease. You will have your own room with your own full bathroom (marked with an ‘X’). The bedroom next to it is used as an office/extra storage. Your room won’t be furnished, but the rest of the apartment is. Kitchen is fully equipped. We do want whoever joins to sign the lease which starts July 1st and move in date would be around July 1st as well.

Rent is $866 plus utilities (electricity and wifi). Water and trash is included.

We mostly keep to ourselves but occasionally enjoy hosting a few friends. We have a pet dog. We love making new friends, trying new cuisines, enjoy cooking, hiking, board games, and occasional drinks. We’re in our early 30s, working in the biotech/research industry, remote and on-site. LGBTQ+ friendly.

We prefer a similar working professional in their 20s/30s who is respectful of common spaces, is clean and responsible. No cats. Deposit is one month’s rent. We'd like to do a video call first to see if we're all a good fit and show the apartment before in person tours.
