I am looking for a roommate/s in a house in the Blockhouse neighborhood in Leander with quick access to 183 and 183A.

This is a 1,700sf three bedroom, two bath house. I am wanting to lease out the additional bedrooms. One bedroom is 11’8”x14’6” (170sf), the other is 11’10”x14’ (165sf). Each room has a 2’x4’6” closet. These rooms share the bathroom. In the event that only one bedroom is occupied, the other will be for guests to use.

I am dog friendly and do own a miniature schnauzer. I am open to other dogs. There is a decent backyard for use for the dogs and personally.

There is a 2-car garage. Use for parking can be discussed; however, it is currently used for storage.

You would have full use/access to the den, kitchen, and laundry. Water/Power/Gas/Internet/Lawn Maintenance/Maid Service is included in the monthly rent.

I am in Construction Management for work. So my schedule at the house is not consistent.
