Rooms are furnished with queen size bed/s. shared bath and half bath, kitchen, laundry room, common dining and living room, patio, including use of grill, cable TV and Wi-Fi. shred refrigerator and freezer with just one other room. Personal pantry draw. Sorry I cannot accommodate pets. Priced for one person a second is 200 more but no charge for parent who has a child on weekend. Street parking with respect for neighbors. Walking distant to more than one grocery store as well as restaurants, pharmacy and most other needs. Public transportation is 3 miles away.
