Roomate wanted for a shared 2 bedroom 1 bath apt

Looking for a female or male roommate who is clean and helps out with the shared apartment.
Shared bathroom, shared balcony on 2nd floor .
Fully furnished apartment except for the bedroom I'm renting out (: I'm a very quiet & clean person You'll always catch my head in a book.. I do travel for work everyday, And I do go to the gym as well So sleep is a big priority for me due to my work.. I would really like someone who is clean, I always keep the house clean including bathroom, kitchen living room and my room. I want us to respect each other's boundaries. Also I don't mind people coming over just Please give me a heads up. I have a lot of antiques in the Apartment that were passed down generations. And I had trouble with my other roommate, breaking things and not being clean Or ever helping out around the house and it made it really hard on me.. I always keep the house clean including bathroom, kitchen, living room and my room. I would like someone that I could hang out with and I don't mind going out and having drinks! I really had a horrible experience with my last roommate. Hopefully you can be my saving grace. And be the best roommate/ friend!
