The house is a newly built, fully furnished property which will turn one year old in June. It has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The house features a spacious backyard, including a patio and barbeque area. All four bedrooms are located upstairs. Currently, two furnished bedrooms are available for rent, which share a bathroom. Tenants will have shared access to the rest of the house, including the dining room, kitchen, front and back yard, patio, and more. The common areas include stainless steel appliances, a full-size washer, and a dryer. Additionally, there are some empty cabinets in the kitchen and an extra small fridge. The house has a very clean and open design.
This location is just a 10-minute drive from Kohl's, restaurants, big box stores, and other amenities.
Also as an included amenity, the HOA has a full-size swimming pool within a block and a half. The gate key to the pool is available to all who live in the house.
