Hardwood floors, garden, 10 min walk to S.I. Ferry
My spacious apartment has newly refinished hardwood floors and kitchen area. One shared bathroom but private bedroom and closet area. There is a fenced-in backyard downstairs and parking near the place is free and usually easy to find a spot. Only $750 for rent and $100 for utilities including wifi, electricity and gas. Landlord pays for water and heat. Just a 10 minute walk to the Staten Island ferry, which takes about 25 minutes to get to the city. Not a bad commute. I have 2 small dogs that are well-behaved and fun to play with. If you want to know anything else, please let me know!
