The apt is located in a apartment complex 10 min walk from St. George's historic district (very quiet, artsy, up and coming neighborhood where a lot of young people are moving to get more space for less money!) The present roommate is a very easygoing, quiet, hardworking male who's busy working.

The apartment is a ten minute walk to the ferry to NYC, which runs 24/7 and is always free. The ferry is the hub of all transportation, including buses to all areas of Staten Island, and an island train, too. There are two local farmers' markets within walking distance, a new grocery store, and a growing number of good restaurants. Even the beach is easily accessible by bus in 15-30 minutes.

The house is very quiet, full of light and 420 friendly. Sorry, no pets. You will be sharing the bath, kitchen and living room. Seeking responsible female person (any age) who has a stable employment (must prove).
