Housemate Wanted on Staten Island!

Have you ever wanted to live in a big house, with a large deck, and backyard, close to the beach and still close enough to Manhattan?! Well, here's your chance... I'm a 38 year old female with a 10 year old son, we live in a 2 story house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and we clearly don't need all the space. We would love to rent out a room and share our house with a qualified person. You will have your own large spacious room with a big closet and your own full bathroom with bathtub/shower. Since we'll be sharing the living room space, kitchen, deck, and a huge backyard, this would be more of a housemate situation rather then just a roommate. Your share of the monthly rent is only $1000, including all the bills. It's very conveniently located, walking distance to food shopping, Staten Island Railway, and buses to Brooklyn and Manhattan. It's about 30-40 minutes on bus to Manhattan, but what a great way to have the best of both worlds... I am 5 minute drive away from the South Beach and boardwalk, have a huge deck for BBQ season and tanning, and a very large yard with a gazebo for those enjoyable summer days.
The room for rent has a high ceiling with a crystal chandelier and black and white English damask style decor. It is furnished with minor details missing in photos, as it is currently occupied by someone who's about to move out. That black couch will be replaced with a bed, or you are welcome to bring in your own bed. The room contains TV stand, Bookcase, two night tables, a writing desk (I can add a chair), and a make up table (which currently holds a poster of NYC, but can be replaced by a mirror. I can also replace bathroom curtains, or of course you are welcome to get your own to match your style.
I'm looking for preferably a female, someone I can trust, who is non-judgmental, easy to get along with, health conscious, and able to pay rent on time.

I have to be picky in my situation, so please be a decent person with good intentions, honest, sincere, and understanding. I'm obviously renting out because I need the extra help to afford my home, so please have a stable job and pay on time, we can have an open contract.

$1000 is the total that includes the room plus all mentioned space, including: WIFI, Cable, Heat, Water, Gas, Electricity, Deck with Backyard, driveway if you have a car, and convenient location!
