500$ room available + utilities (students only)

Currently living in a one bedroom apartment in Great Kills, Staten Island. I'm looking for another student that is also on basically a school schedule. The room does not have a door, it is an open living room (technically), my last roommate transformed into a nice and spacious room thats bigger than my own. Im not home most of the time, and my door is mainly shut so you will have privacy. Theres a grocery store right across the street and the X1, 78,79,59 that will take you to the city and where ever else you need to go. Im looking for someone who's not a slob, but doesn't have to be a neat freak. The apartment is on top of a what I think will be some sort of tax office, they're currently doing renovations. It is on Hylan Blvd so it may be noisy to some who are used to peace and quiet, although you do get used to the noise!
