Newly remodeled with new paint, new hardwood floors, new closet doors and new window with new blinds. Plenty of street parking available. A short drive to freeways, Google, apple, mission college, levi stadium, santa clara university and a short walk to many parks, food establishments and stores with access to many bus routes. The house has central a/c and heat. There is comcast internet and the possibility of direct tv at an additional cost. The rest of the house is shared includong bathroom but you will have access to the living room, kitchen, laundry room, yard (front and back). We do have a very friendly dog and would accept another dog as long as it gets along with our dog. No smoking inside or near any windows. We are a family with young kids a spare room. No guests unless given preauthorization.
