$1100 One Bedroom Available in 3BR in Sunnyside

We are seeking a roommate for one bedroom in our three bedroom apartment. The room is available starting August 1.

The apartment and the room are spacious and clean. The room is 13.5ft x 17 ft. We're about a block away from the subway station and the commute to Manhattan is quick and easy. We're close to several grocery stores and the neighborhood is full of good restaurants and bars. There is a laundry room in the building. We're on the fifth floor and the building has an elevator.

The room is unfurnished. There are no closets in the room itself but there is a closet right across the hallway for your exclusive use.

The apartment is pretty large. The kitchen is a nice size and has a dishwasher, microwave, full sized oven & refrigerator (fully equipped), countertops and cabinets. There's a big common room, two bathrooms and a large foyer. Rent is no more than $1100 (currently negotiating with landlord) per month which does not take into account utilities. They come to approx. $100/month and include elec., gas, HD cable, internet and digital phone.

We're both professionals in our thirties. I enjoy cooking and watching sports including the Mets, Jets, and Chelsea.

We're both pretty busy individuals and we're seeking a similarly situated individual who will be clean, responsible, and respectful of others. You should have a steady job with a stable income. No smoking, and unfortunately no pets.
