Your room is huge, has two closets, and depending how you want to move stuff around, can totally work as a bedroom/office or bedroom/living room or whatever. Yeah...it's big. :)
The building has laundry and an elevator and is located a short block from the 7 train.
Super convenient!
The neighborhood is great. Tons of restaurants and bars and cool cultural stuff is popping up all the time.
I have a very well-behaved 10lb yorkie mix. He's awesome.
