This is two bedroom apartment. It is located in Long Island City, Queens. The apt has exposed brick wall that give beautifully finished of modern and elegantly nostalgic of the past. The brick wall is what really represent Long Island City a mix of the past and future.

Long Island City is one the most beautiful place in NY. It has the best Manhattan views, an easy commute to midtown, abundant warehouse space, restaurant and coffee shops. The views from Gantry State Park are truly unique. This neighborhood is very safe to walk around at anytime of the day.

Midtown Manhattan is only one train-stop away. 23rd st Ely av- E/M trains . 45 Court sq 7 train. 23rd st Ely av station is just half a block away from the apartment. 45 Court sq station is just 2 blocks away.
The apartment is well maintained. My current roommate and I take turns cleaning the bathroom and kitchen every month. Dishes are never left in the sink; garbage is never left indoor overnight.

No drinking, drugs and smoking. No wild parties , but other than that I want you to enjoy your home as much as I do.
