Seeking a third roommate for one bedroom in large Astoria Apartment.

The apartment is a newly renovated, 3-bedroom, 2-bath walkup on the fourth floor. It includes a shared kitchen, living room, and balcony. We are less than a minute’s walk to/from the Astoria Blvd. subway station, allowing for a very short commute into the city on the N/W.

The apartment is currently occupied by two working professionals: a female (late 20's) working in hospitality and male (Early 30's) working in admin/operations. The rent is $1500 per month.

Upon signing the lease, the first month's rent (plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent) will be required. Rent includes water but does not include internet, electricity, or gas.

This is a month-to-month lease, but ideally, we are looking for someone who plans to stick around for a year, minimum.

Proof of employment and income are required, including a copy of your previous two paystubs and government ID.
