I'm looking for a housemate to share my apartment, the top floor of a townhouse on a quiet Astoria street.
The apartment is 7 min. to the NQR subway. It is large, comfortable, and fully furnished. Your bedroom is 8' 6" x 13' 10", with a 5' closet. There is a brand new air conditioning unit in the room, but it is otherwise unfurnished.
The rest of the apartment consists of a living room, a dining room, a washroom, a large kitchen, and of course my bedroom. Recently rennovated and stylishly decorated.
Your share of the utilities, including bi-monthly house cleaning is about $120 per month.
