Beautiful Room in Astoria Available Jan. 1st

I am moving out of my 2 bedroom apartment to be closer to my workplace and am looking for someone to takeover my portion of the lease as of January 1st until September 1st. The apartment is in a beautiful pre-war building and is a railroad style apartment. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are very large. There is one bathroom. The apartment is a one minute walk to the R & M train and a ten minute walk to the N & Q train. There are amazing restaurants, bars and laundry a few minutes walk from the apartment and it's in a very safe and family-oriented area.

My roommate will be staying in the apartment for the remainder of the lease and we are looking for someone who she will enjoy living with. We will only consider females and are looking for a working professional. We need someone who is laid-back, not into partying and drugs, and is clean and respectful. The apartment also does not allow pets.
